Only the Best in the World: All of 2021's Champions.

*This blog post was started on December 23, 2021.

I had received a flu shot on Sunday. And my dentist told me to wear a night guard...again on Wednesday. It is difficult to see me not being in the best condition for next week's vacation. Too bad staying sterile seems to be necessary. What kind of trouble could that possibly get me in?

Christmas is going to be a small affair. My niece ended up with Covid. She is fine, but the quarantine is making it so my little sister's family will be cleared the day we leave for Florida. My little brother's family has called off coming down because his girlfriend/mother of his child is an ER nurse.

I understand that a nurse should not risk exposure when there are enough issues being brought into her place of work. My mom is of the opinion that she does not like our family or is just trying to control my brother, but she has always assumed that when it comes to the baby of the family. He was at least planning on coming down, but you never know what kind of messages the matriarch is sending. Needless to say, Yule Tide bar hopping amongst brothers shall not be happening either way.

Since I am bringing up a character from "Fight Club", I do not see comparing myself to Chloe being out of line. The end of the year is certain and all I want to do get laid for one last time.

Snapchat has provided enough reason that Omicron is a legitimate problem. Where have all the seemingly legit Premium Snaps have gone? How much does a bot maker earn for all the fake ones out there? Have I missed another calling?

Damn, this is going to be a difficult head trip to transition to wrestling. Since I do not post the "NinetyForChill.com - The #Podcast" drafts on this blog, it is tempting to walk away from this. But I gotta keep "MainEventOfTheDead.com" looking nice. I do not want to provide a reason for those to ignore my calls to produce my z-budget, pro-wrestling zombie comedy. "If the website is shit, surely the screenplay cannot be better," is an assumption I do not need.

What I do need are inquiries. If you want a treatment of my z-budget, horror comedy about a bunch of barely trained indie pro-wrestlers being tricked into fighting off zombies, send an email to russthebus07@gmail.com. I will also be happy to receive any advice on how to get this project out of developmental hell. Thanks.

As I stated, it is the end of the year, so might as well give you something related to it. No title bouts are scheduled until the fourth of January, so why not review the title changes that occurred in the world of Disgruntled's Real Championship Wrestling.

The Disgruntled's Real World Championships of 2021.

The Disgruntled's Real Men's World Champions:

The 96th Disgruntled's Real World Champion
AEW World Champion: Kenny Omega (2nd Reign)
He reigned from December 2, 2020 to November 13, 2021.
Omega defeated Jon Moxley for the championship.

Tits As a Metaphor and 90-minute Discoveries of 2021: R to Z

*This blog post was started on December 21, 2021.

Time is not on my side when it comes to publishing blogs before the year ends. Am I really expected to be posting while I am in Disney World, hopefully?

With omicron (Am I the only one having fun learning the Greek alphabet during the pandemic?) becoming the dominant variant, ThePoeticCritic's paranoia about this family vacation going tits up maybe warranted. I say this because our younger sister is an elementary school teacher whose husband just got over a break through case of delta. She may want to call the trip off.

What I fear is that because she is the only one of my siblings who has not been to England (something she brings up when she wants to get on our parent's tits), her daughter will do the same thing to her if the trip gets cancelled. "Big Brother got to go when he turned five, but I couldn't." It is justice that she act the same way as her mom, but no one should be acting like her mom (at least the version of her mom that had yet to graduate university).

Of course, if you listen to the impromptu episode on "NinetyForChill.com - The #Podcast", "Buddy the Elf and His Zombie Diary", my big sister states how it does not look good that I will get the opportunity to build a light saber at "Galaxy's Edge". I hate to get all schadenfreude, but if I must suffer, maybe all should. Let it be known fate, that is a joke, not an attempt to tempt you.

Wrestling Writer's Block? Try Tag Team Wrestling.

*This blog post was started on December 16, 2021.

I guess I have found that sleep is a very, very good thing. My angst and frustration over the weekend at C2E2 is not at the front of my mind like it was recording a solo podcast the next day. Sadly, this would also mean that I am promoting pot and vodka (dibs on that band name) because they certainly helped in obtaining slumber.

The fresh stress will be the holidays after this weekend. Is it wrong to hope that the Covid screening may give me an entire weekend off? It was my nephew's birthday party on the day prior that lead to the exposure, not C2E2. Reed Pop does not run a sloppy ship. That is probably why AEW was doing promotion there and not Nick Khan's company.

Speaking of All Elite Wrestling (It is time for a wrestling blog to be posted.) , you cannot say that they are doing anything with a degree of slop. You cannot speak ill of a show that lets Bryan Danielson wrestle for an hour. Well, I suppose you can, especially when you need something to write about, usually a list. If nothing changes, what am I suppose to write about?

Way to not schedule Riho's challenge to Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. Tony Khan. Where is the equality in terms of promotion. I am kidding with that statement. WWE Day 1 is just two weeks away, so we are entering a static season.

My apologies if I am discounting the ROH World Heavyweight Championship. All my rankings would entail is changing the name from Bandido to Jonathan Gresham at the most. Then again, Bandido did not lose the championship, and Gresham was provided a different version of the championship. In other words, would changes need to be made? AEW will not have their updated rankings until next Wednesday anyhow.

This is leading me to believe that it is time to write the history of Women's Tag Team Championship. But, the current Men's tag teams have not been ranked, so sorry ladies for the tease.

The Disgruntled's Real Men's Tag Team Power Rankings (12/16/2021)

The Number 1 Tag Team in the World:
AEW Rey Fenix and Penta El Zero Miedo:
The Lucha Bros.

The Number 2 Tag Team in the World:
Mark Briscoe and Jay Briscoe:
The Briscoe Brothers

  • They are the current ROH World Tag Team Champions (A history recognized by the DRCW World Tag Team Championship).
  • They are the current Game Changer Wrestling Tag Team Champions.
  • They have started a feud with FTR, the current AAA Tag Team Champions and most recent challengers to the AEW World Tag Team Championship.

The Number 3 Tag Team in the World:
Jey Uso and Jey Uso:
The Bloodline

  • They are the current Smackdown Tag Team Champions (A history recognized by the DRCW World Tag Team Championship).
  • They are currently feuding with WWE's greatest tag team champions, The New Day.

The Number 4 Tag Team in the World:
Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows:
The Good Brothers

  • They are the current Impact World Tag Team Championship (A history recognized by the DRCW World Tag Team Championship).
  • They had recently won the NJPW Strong Tag Team Turbulence Tournament.

The Number 5 Tag Team in the World:
Randy Orton and (Matt) Riddle:
Rated RK-Bro

  • They are the current DRCW Unified Gnarly Men's World Doubles Champions.
  • They are the current Raw Tag Team Champions (A history recognized by the DRCW World Tag Team Championship).
  • They defeated The Bloodline (Smackdown Tag Team Champions) at Survivor Series.

The Number 6 Tag Team in the World:
Bestia 666 and Mecha Wolf 450:
La Rebelion

  • They are the current NWA World Tag Team Champions (A history recognized by the DRCW World Tag Team Championship).
  • The Current Crash Tag Team Champions.

The Number 7 Tag Team in the World: Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus: Jurassic Express

  • They are the current number one contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Championship
  • Along side Christian Cage, they recently won their feud with The Elite (The Young Bucks and Adam Cole [Bay Bay]).

The Number 8 Tag Team in the World: King Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston: The New Day

  • They are the current number one contenders for the Smackdown Tag Team Championship
  • They are the greatest tag team in WWE and feuding with The Bloodline puts them in the main event picture of Smackdown.

The Number 9 Tag Team in the World: Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford: The Street Profits

  • They are currently in the finals of the RK-Bronament to determine the next number one contenders for the Raw Tag Team Championship.
  • They were the Smackdown/Raw Champions while The New Day were in their last reign as Raw/Smackdown Champions.

The Number 10 Tag Team in the World: Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio

  • They are currently in the finals of the RK-Bronament to determine the next number one contenders for the Raw Tag Team Championship.
  • They are on a constant verge for a break up.
This should stay pretty static until WWE Day 1. It almost leaves me disappointed that there is not a direct competition between any of these wrestling promotions. Oh the joy that could be had if we had hot shot title changes. At least it would make my writing easier. What do you do when tag team wrestling cannot end writer's block? There are only two trios championships that come to mind.

Top #Movie Discoveries from 2021 for NinetyForChill: Justice to Rabid

*This blog post was started on December 8, 2021.

Why is it that Blueberry Red Bull is the only flavored version that I can find anytime of the year? Why is it pomegranate for this years holidays? I have never seen pomegranate sauce at the feast. How would they sell that anyway? This "What's the deal with" bit is going to result in me Googling all of these questions, and I will just end up falling behind again.

Right now, I am in a state of restlessness, and with the "Ready or Not" podcast to record tonight Red Bull is a necessity. Will I miss my nephews birthday because of the lack of sleep? The kid is still in grade school, so I might just make it in time tomorrow. But if I do just that bit of rushing, will I have the energy to venture into Downtown Peoria? Is that going to be forbidden since I am driving my older sister up to C2E2? Dad may want to get out of the house, but irresponsibility should not lead to a chauffeur.

But he is a Duran Duran fan. Sing, Blue Silver.

With my busy schedule and sudden Tinder popularity, I guess we can blame the flirtations instead of my computer issues for my set backs. There has not been too much time to think outside of my podcast. Even with C2E2, my podcast setup must be ready. My big sister was not a fan of dragging the boom mic and other accessories while I parked the car when were at Wizard World.

It could be a great editing experience. Why not use my Zoom P4 and my laptop if I can talk someone into record?

As for the blogs, 2021 still needs to be wrapped up, and the podcast has made it so there are twice as many movies to cover. With that said, lets continue my work on this years best of list.

For the Ladies: True Crime and Britt Baker.

*This blog post was started on December 2, 2021.

Too much work to know what the hell is going on. Tis the season.

I suppose working so much keeps me out of trouble, until you are expected to be a loan professional. This must be the reason the bathroom has been out of order at the bank for the last couple of days. It is karma balancing things out. To go into further details may violate the confidentiality agreement with the bank. With all the stuff I say about my family, parents preparing an NDA when their child moves out might be a wise move.

The lack of free time means I have not spoken to my folks recently. A write up is the worst that will happen to me at the bank. I think I can spare one more. Thus, there is just a sense of dread that somewhere, I am going to run into some trauma.

It is a yin and yang thing. Screw up someone's credit, I still get the offer to renew my apartment with $200 off my first month rent. Toilet goes out at the day job, the libertarian at the stall next to me is leaving for a bank job in my ex's hometown. There are not that many banks in Tuscola. Do I warn my ex's mom about a possible mistake?

All things considered, at least I know I am well informed outside of Central Illinois. I have a coworker watching a crime doc about Lori Vallow-Daybell. They are a fan of true crime entertainment and were perplexed not being aware of this case. My surprise came from the realization that people may not be reading enough. Then again, if we did not have so many mass shootings to take up the press, we can capitalize on every Casey Anthony-reminiscent crazy crime tale.

Of course I told my coworker to march against guns for this reason. At least agree with no more semi-automatic weapons. How well would that fuck up in Michigan have done amassing a body count if he only had six rounds and a hammer to pull back? With this power to compromise, I really got to get the progressives the girl who took my virginity gained the support of in her U.S. Representative campaign to follow me. If we turn this into a performance, I am as charismatic as the next bloke.

Aside from the fellow whose credit I may have screwed up (because my branch refuses to advance any of its employees thus ensuring they will not have the training to deal with odd scenarios), I have been focusing on the ladies around me. Vague pronouns are being done away with in the name of transitions. It is a weak segue way, but can you come up with a better one?

*This blog post was resumed on December 7, 2021.

The Disgruntled's Women's Wrestling Power Rankings (12/7/2021):

I assure you that I am researching to see if a Tag Team Championship lineage can be formed. It will not start in 1983 like most of the DRCW Championships. The NWA did their best, but by the 80's, it disappeared with the territories and brass knuckles belts.

With holiday craziness creating weird days at the bank, I have actually fallen behind in a lot of my creative aspects. Tonight, the editing of my podcast with Gregory Carl about the DC Animated Universe will commence. It should have occurred last night (if only he did not have a potty mouth), but trying to get my tablets and computers to sync up was a challenge that took up most of my evening. Oh the irony of writing a female-themed blog when a lot of the file moving were Suicide Girl pictures.

Because I needed to give my hundred(s) of listeners a head up, I offered up my coverage of the Criterion Collection kaiju classic "The X From Outer Space". If anyone is aware of another sub 100-minute movie that starts with X to feature in Ally's Accessories Shop on Etsy's Trash Feature Reviews, you have 365 days to let me know about it.

This is why I am relying on coming up with a women's wrestling power ranking. It is going to be a lot faster to come up with 10 women that should be touted instead of 40 years of teams that rarely share that aesthetic.

Thanksgiving and #Movies to Distract from the #Racism

*This blog post was started on November 26, 2021.

So what to write about this week? I did not mention professional wrestling till the last sentence. My ranking for that sport seems to be a little too fresh. I suppose I could just focus on women's wrestling, but the year is winding down. With that said, my immediate concern should be ranking the movies of "NinetyForChill.com - The #Podcast". There are still some movies I need to watch before this year ends, but when I am dealing with scores of movies too judge against each other, best to get this exercise started now.

@WWERomanReign at Least Ranks Higher than Kyle Rittenhouse.

*This blog post was started on November 19, 2021.

Do I really want to transcribe my review for Todd Phillips's "Due Date"? I already posted my review for the first "RED". That feature's sequel might need to be rewatched. As for "Due Date", it is nothing I like to be reminded of. If anything, all the memory of that brings up is arguing with my mom about who decided we needed to go to the cinema for that.

Mom just wanted out of the house back in 2010. She liked "The Hangover" (I was not a fan, but "Road Trip" and "Old School" are the last two great obscene, sophomoric features of the 2000's) so she thought she would like this. This was a film that she did not like, so it must have been my decision that this would be our weekly feature.

Needless to say, when I visit my family this weekend to hopefully record a podcast with ThePoeticCritic, I do not have to deal with post Rittenhouse discussions. The verdict was a joke and the judge should be disrobed. Since that is my opinion, Mom may instinctively choose the pro-murder side of this argument.

If anything was done right about the acquittal of a white nationalist who wants to kill those trying to fix this country, it is fucking freezing in Kenosha...don't ya know. That may damper the protests and leave the crooked county somewhat intact. Anyway, the casualties were white. A racist is still responsible, but it is at least a change from the usual.

I am not a fan of martyrdom, but there is a sense of comfort that guys of my race are ready to die for what is right. All those fuckers on January 6th died from incompetence. Fuck Ashli Babbitt.

They say history is written by the winners. That is not the case in the judicial system. This is not O.J. Simpson. The cops did not have eyewitnesses. Regardless, he won that case, and he was hounded by people until he could be convicted of something else. Matt Jaetz (You do not get the hard G if you are a cunt.) is trying to turn Rittenhouse into a hero for the alt-right. I feel Simpson and Casey Anthony are being unjustly ruined, but I am not trying to make them into heroes.

As long as you want the status quo to remain (which makes Eddie Izzard's prediction that this is humanity's last century valid), you seem to wish those who give a shit death. Even those who do not give a shit, but know what the facts are have become your targets (see Mike Pence). It seems like the right wants a war, just so they can win it. At least that follows the argument of history is written by the winners.

There is not a fucking war. That means there is nothing to win. This means it should not be about writing a pro-white narrative. We are at a time that history can be written correctly. Sorry that you have to pay for you parent's and grandparent's sins. I am sorry they were fucking cunts who refused to take responsibility for hurting others in order to live as comfortably as they pleased.

We need Critical Race Theory because 71% of this country is white. Most of this race does not live in places where they have to have genuine experiences with minorities. Ignorant people are easier to scare. It is either that, or lets open up the borders to allow those who put their lives on the line a chance at a better life. That way, a cracker cannot help but learn to be tolerant towards their neighbor.

And, since "Last Week Tonight with John Oliver" is on a hiatus till February (like all things seemingly are. Best of luck Ring of Honor), now this...

"Red": PG-13 Expendables with Actual Characters

"Red": PG-13 Expendables with Actual Characters

For those wanting a throwback to the Roger Moore days of "James Bond", Summit Entertainment has offered up "Red", a comic adaptation for those who thought the violence in "The Expendables" (Also distributed by Lionsgate) was too graphic.

Frank Moses is a bored, retired CIA operator whose only thrill is getting his pension check. This allows him the chance to lie about receiving it when he calls his dedicated claims agent Sarah.

His life is suddenly turned upside down when the someone powerful convinces the CIA that he is a liability. Unfortunately, the person(s) pulling the strings fail to take into account Moses's RED status. He is Retired and Extremely Dangerous.

To get to the bottom of this plot, Frank will need to recruit some fellow REDs to bring the fight to the CIA. Hopefully Sara is patient and understanding enough to tag a long on this mission. As if she has a choice.

FMK: "Trainspotting", "Libertarians", The Disgruntled's Real World Champion.

*This blog post was started on November 17, 2021.

I have the Chinese idiom "Everything in Disorder" tattooed on my right forearm above a tattoo of an empty shell of Hello Kitty's head. This is next to a lucky/beckoning cat holding a lit match in their left paw having just ignited the fuse to a bomb that they are securing with their right paw. If you want a summation of my existence, the ink may be it. Especially when the suicidal feline is bordered by lines from "Trainspotting", "And the reason? There are no reasons." It is a good thing that am inked enough to lack the space for "Who needs reasons when you have heroin?" and the rest of the "Choose Life" monologue.

A recent "The Rewatchables" podcast was dedicated to that feature. Perhaps my mom was right about that movie being bad for me. She was more upset about the imagery, but I think it may have been the message. She knew of my hate for high school and that I dealt with some bullying (and her Midwest naivety on how to deal with mental health, "If he could play sports, he is fine."). An introduction to nihilism could not be a good thing. It is a good thing that I got around to seeing it before she got around to it.

I guess it is like reading "Gender Queer" because of its content before the South Carolina governor calls for its banning. The cat is out of the bag. Now you are just promoting two things: the product you oppose and you intolerant nature.

Why am I thinking about my tattoos and "junkie porn"? The banking system went down at work just as we were processing the day change (I cannot wait for the manager to come in tomorrow and ask why I have two 11/17s and 11/18s.). Like last week, this occurred when the manager was taking a day off. At the same time, I realize that I have at least a 105 movies to consider for "NinetyForChill.com's" Best Discoveries of 2021, at this time. Thus, going into my 2010's notebook to transcribe some reviews will only make things more tasking.

With that said, it looks like Michael Dubuois will be returning for the "Ready or Not" episode. Gregory Carl should be back in the next couple of weeks as well. And ThePoeticCritic is getting ready for Christmas even before Black Friday. I have already watched "Santa Slay" with Bill Goldberg. There will probably be another five movies with that episode.

And of course, I am coming off a four-day stretch where my car was stuck in Normal when the rear passenger-side wheel's control arm snapped. It was going to be a day in Blo/No, but the "Pokemon Shield" Game Stop promo code inspired the trip. In the end, it was not available in Bloomington (or Danville as I found out the previous night), but with a VPN and some Googling, the Netherlands's Game Mania came through for me. My ingenuity ended up being rewarded with finding out that a Pokemon's level means nothing in the Battle Tower. 200 extra hours to get them to level 75 to find out the Tower caps them at 50.

There is just a vibe that nothing is going right. All I have to write about is wrestling and satire. Too bad you cannot run that by my coworkers.

Michael Dubuis shared a post on Facebook that stated, "I use to be a libertarian until I realized that other people had feelings to." If they got upset at the following joke, the libertarian in the next seat has yet to realize that.

Britney looks so disheveled in this video. She needs someone to take care of her makeup.

You know, I think she had someone taking care of her.

No! That is not being taken care of.

So yeah, I just stay out of politics. Too bad the new employee is too personable and is ready to try and chat about the upcoming verdict of the murdering white-supremacist Kyle Rittenhouse.

This all comes after I over hear the "aware" one bitching about being gaslighted by family.

If you are going to get upset about things that are not offensive...

I love how they have a god complex and can determine what is or should be offensive (If they ever get to this blog, Fuck Britney and Fuck Johnny Depp.). The sad thing is that this maybe taught. Here is to hoping this sociopathic engagement works out for them like the treacherous sheep of January 6th.

I have not been intimate with anyone in over a year while there are idiots forging a chaotic road to happiness. Yes, questions are something I always asked. Irvine Welsh and Danny Boyle have some reasonable answers.

If one thing is not broken...too badly...it is pro-wrestling. I guess the proper way to state it is that the best wrestling is doing fine. Survivor Series will be interesting, but a part of me tells me not rush to get home from Peoria on Sunday.

Maudlin Over: Booze, $6 Dog Poo, Pro-Wrestling Rankings

*Blog post was started on November 10, 2021.

Did everything just slow down for the midweek holiday? At least I know Friday will be a shit show when it comes to working in a bank after a federal holiday.

I do not quite know where my head is at. There was a sense of maudlin coming out of a really fun "NinetyForChill.com - The Podcast" recording with Michael Dubois. Yes, my consumption of alcohol was excessive, but it seems to have stuck around. Is it back to the state of, "It cannot get better than this," from the time of my wrestling weekends.

To top it all off, yesterday, someone had to show the team how to handle some pretty disgusting mangled money. A customer came by expecting miracles after I recovered five dollars for them previously. Like the previous time, their dog had gotten to the cash. What makes this different was that some of it definitely made the trip through the digestive system.

Of course ignorance is feigned by the rest of the team when trying to determine if the bills could be swapped out, but to their credit, I do not think they took the time to investigate the bills that came to them in a Ziploc bag. Does that justify them not seeing the yarn seeming glued to the remains of an Alexander Hamilton?

It all comes back to Anthony Weldon's fool me quote. In this case, when it comes to taking care of this customer, "Fuck me once, shame on you. Fuck me twice, shame on me." I should not be so cruel. The dog is the one who is getting fucked. Keep your cash out of reach.

Aside from work, I wish I had something to complain about. Not being able to get the Shiny Zacian at Champaign's Gamestop is nothing to get overly pissed about. The question becomes, do I drive to Bloomington or Danville to correct this? With Fite TV and Malwarebytes VPN being my primary means of watching "AEW Dynamite", getting home late is not a problem.

Then I stop and recall that it is Veterans Day tomorrow. Can I hold off this trip until tomorrow? Do I go out and further risk depression via holiday drinking? Both gambles could pay off.

Or maybe I just need to stimulate my brain. Netflix DVD of "JFK: The Special Edition" will not watch itself.

With that said, wrestling kind of seems to be in a holding pattern. That is understandable with "AEW Full Gear" being Saturday. The card has to remain set. WWE is stuck in preparing the Survivor Series, so no shocking changes until after that. So I guess before I move on to creating the history for another Disgruntled's Real Championship Wrestling title, lets see how the landscape of wrestling has actually changed.

The Disgruntled's Real Men's Power Rankings (11/10/2021)

The Number 1 Wrestler in the World: Kenny Omega

The Number 2 Wrestler in the World: Trevor Murdoch (Up 1 spot)

NWA World Heavyweight Champion: DRCW recognizes this as a Men's World Championship.

The Number 3 Wrestler in the World: Big E (Up 1 spot)

  • WWE Champion. DRCW recognizes this as a Men's World Championship.
  • He won his championship by cashing in Money in the Bank.
  • He did successfully fend off the challenge of the preceding champion, Bobby Lashley.
  • He did successfully fend off the challenge of 2020's primary champion, Drew McIntyre.
  • If he can successfully get a win over Randy Orton, I could see moving the NWA Heavyweight Championship below it. This would mean he had beaten the three most relevant WWE Champions (sorry Miz)

The Number 4 Wrestler in the World: Shingo Takagi (Up 2 spots)

  • He is the current and third IWGP World Heavyweight Champion. This championship came from the unification of the IWGP Heavyweight Championship with the IWGP Intercontinental Championship. The Heavyweight Championship was regarded by DRCW as a Men's World Championship.
  • He won given a chance to win this championship after Will Ospreay was stripped of it due to injury. Before Takagi won the championship, he had failed to defeat Ospreay for it.
  • Defeating Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and Zack Sabre Jr. are better wins than the played out feuds of Roman Reigns.

The Number 5 Wrestler in the World: Roman Reigns

  • He is in the midst of 400 plus-day reign as WWE Universal Champion (a poser world championship).
  • DRCW Modern Poser Champion
  • He did not use a gimmick like Money in the Bank to win his championship.
  • He did not win a vacated championship.

Suicide Girls Must Die!: Better Than Cinemax, But Not Troma

Suicide Girls Must Die!: Better Than Cinemax, But Not Troma

Agree or disagree with their unconventional concept of beauty, whatever the Suicide Girls do with their digital photography website, they do well. They go out of their way to capture their inspirations for their shoots, and they do their best to make their models appear to be at the same level of their audience. Being nerdcentric is part of the charm.

It is safe to assume that if they wanted to produce a B-movie horror feature, it should be worthwhile. As long at their production for "Suicide Girls Must Die!" was provided a script, what could go wrong?

Bumbers Over Fascist Syndication and The Current Men's Doubles Champions

*This blog post was started on November 3, 2021.

I am coming off of a three-day weekend. Was the time off very productive? If only I would have listened to "Marty and Sarah Love Wrestling" last Friday morning, road trip tales would be told. But come on. How often do you get to sleep in on a weekday?

The Berwyn Eagles club is a venue that I miss, but purse strings are wearing thin. There is still C2E2 to attend (Flood these inboxes at Reed Pop to try and get NinetyForChill.com - The #Podcast a panel [Do not feel guilty. They got my $97.50.] Chris@ReedPop.com; Kristina@ReedPop.com.) and I have a Disney World trip and you know I am planning to grab a custom light saber. If anything, the weekend showed me to appreciate stinginess. Saturday was dedicated solely to the apartment and Sunday just saw me spend $30 on a movie ticket, popcorn, and a D.P. Dough calzone.

That day was a winner because I got a podcast out of it, and I see the D.P. is still doing the punch cards. It is good to know that I can just walk in once again and save five bucks. I hate delivery/carryout apps.

After the weekend, I should at least get more out of the money I currently spend. The NJPW World on my iPhone would not let me use Chromecast and the Airplay was dropping in and out with my Apple TV. So I now have a Fire Stick, Apple TV, and built in Chromecast to my 4K TV (The Fire Stick was a necessary purchase so I am available to troubleshoot everyone I purchased a Fire Stick for.). Saturday this week is my return for the holidays at my retail gig. Perhaps I have just made myself the ideal candidate for the home theater department.

The getting more for my buck is based off of having easy to access NJPW available to me. If I can kick the YouTube habit, I can just place a card on and relax. With the new Pokemon game coming out this month, Young Lion and 10-man tag matches can provide the background noise as I detach the Switch from the dock. My challenge is kicking that YouTube habit. It will be tough.

With TopTenz.net and "Today I Found Out", weird World War II facts are hard to pass up. If only the turn of the century programs on A&E had more British accents, the channel would have never become the shit show it is now. I am sorry to say that about Peter Graves.

Of course the irony of this is that Ring of Honor is going on a hiatus after December. Not to say I was watching much ROH (Fuck the assholes at Sinclair Broadcasting.), but it is sad that the promotion I was striving to work for during my career hay day (I had just come up with a championship for guys who get in the ring every five years. We just need to start up a promotion for it.) possibly vanish.

You cannot make a TV show out of an indie fed. I have seen some OLD ROH TV and I have seen what the local marks have produced for public access. FireFighter is such a silly mark since you do not necessarily have to pay to put stuff on YouTube. It is rare to run into someone who is a self-proclaimed smark who does not display that smart mark is an oxymoron.

It turns out that networks cannot produce wrestling. If history is repeating itself, I would be afraid if I was Impact or AEW. Not only did WCW go down. ECW followed (technically).

In the end, I am amazed that vehicle bumpers are a more lucrative business than syndicated television. Are there that many Toyotas out there? I believe they are supposedly the most popular car in the world, but I know more people who are aware of ROH than own a Toyota. Then again, who is not busting their ass to make Lexus money? Surely the duos below are.

2001 Maniacs: Setting Back Southern Relations...in an Ideal Way

"2001 Maniacs": Setting Back Southern Relations...in an Ideal Way

Since Roger Ebert is not on television anymore, so the only film expert (in 2010) I consistently follow is Chris Gore. He is Ebert-like in ways when it comes to inexplicable taste. How Ebert applauded the "Lara Croft" films, Gore is willing to show respect to the obscene.

Nothing wrong with the obscene, but it places you in the niche critic genre. As long as the Criterion Collection exists, your expert title may be inappropriate if you are recommending "Suicide Girls Must Die (which I did follow up on and was not disappointed.)." With that title, I wonder who is the real expert is, Gore or I.

But, when you are trying to find one hundred DVD rentals to critique (This review's draft was written in 2010.), you need some guidance. With a recommendation of the 2010 release "2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams", surely the prior film had to be worthwhile enough to warrant a sequel. Let us hope that sequel was not director Tim Sullivan's "Evil Dead 2" (A remake of the original meant to surpass it).

Roman Reign Is Still Number 5 and How to Treat Saudi Blood Money

*This blog post was started on October 23, 2021.

There is still a half hour on my Saturday shift at the bank. It has been easy enough to keep myself amused. I may have lost $10 on Newcastle United, but the beauty of the game comes from a point being gained and the other team not pulling any further from you. Regardless of my optimistic take on being in the bottom three, the transfer window cannot come soon enough. Bring on the blood money.

NUFC is the closest thing I have to patriotism. The leadership is evil, but you must proudly promote it. This was something that I did not do for the Trump presidency, but I could take action to change that...or I at least live in a state that cannot help his cause.

TD Ameritrade represents what is killing this country and the Ricketts are far too Republican for my taste, but they are not murdering anyone. In other words, I am proud of my allegiance to the Chicago Cubs even at the cost of further gentrification to Wrigleyville.

Unless "NinetyForChill.com - The #Podcast" can bring in $828-million, I cannot change NUFC's leadership. My z-budget, pro-wrestling zom-com "Main Event of the Dead" can easily turn a profit (If you want to help get this project out of development hell, send an email to russthebus07@gmail.com. I would be happy to send you a script treatment.), but nowhere near the high nine figures. This makes me ponder how much money "Avengers: Endgame" actually made.

The only way for Newcastle United to change is for the team to become so good, that Elon Musk buys them out. Jeff Bezos's history with MBS makes Tesla our only hope.

*This blog post was resumed on October 25, 2021.

How will I cope with the hypocrisy of supporting a team ran by a murderous government? All it took was a look at the crowd to see white Geordies with ghutrahs. I got to buy myself one just to mock the Saudi Public Wealth Fund. They must be insulted until they clean their act up.

I always like to joke that you should not take on a group of people as a mascot, provided they are still alive. The Aztecs, Mayans, and Trojans, there are none of them left to feel insulted. The Illini, that is just bad taste. UIUC's most memorable logo looks like they mounted Chief Illiniwek's head to some Donald Trump Jr's wall. White men took everything from them. Why add further insult?

Mohammad Bin Salman is an asshole who needs insulting. Show me Saudis who lack oil money who sport shemagh, and maybe I will feel bad for picking on an entire country. At least get your PR team working MBS.

If I take this approach, maybe I can watch more wrestling. Perhaps I can be sold on Roman Reigns can make a case to climb up the Disgruntled's Real Championship Wrestling rankings.

I kid of course. Three hours of wrestling on a Friday night is one hour too many. Anyhow, if Fox News is getting ad time, Fox is not getting my time. My fandom cannot be sold to every anti-humanity organization.

The Disgruntled's Real Men Power Rankings (10/25/21):

Kenny Omega Appears On IMPACT Wrestling, Teases Surprise For AEW Dynamite, Going For IMPACT Title

The Number 1 Wrestler in the World: Kenny Omega

The Number 2 Wrestler in the World: Bandido

ROH World Champion: DRCW recognizes this as a Men's World Championship. If Omega loses his AEW championship to a performer who is inferior to Bandido, the ROH champion can become the Disgruntled's Real World Champion.

The Number 3 Wrestler in the World: Trevor Murdoch

NWA World Heavyweight Champion: DRCW recognizes this as a Men's World Championship.

The Number 4 Wrestler in the World: Big E (Up 3 spots)

  • WWE Champion. DRCW recognizes this as a Men's World Championship.
  • He won his championship by cashing in Money in the Bank.
  • He did successfully fend off the challenge of the preceding champion, Bobby Lashley.
  • He did successfully fend off the challenge of 2020's primary champion, Drew McIntyre.

#Anime on @Tubi: "Wicked City" - A Great Prototype for @StarWars Porn

*This blog post was started on October 22, 2021.

An exciting weekend has lead into a stressful work week.

Of course when the manager gets exposed to COVID 19, vaccinated or not, everything goes wrong. A fraudulent check ring has emerged. There is a new person to train. I actually had to figure out how to place holds on check without ever being trained how to. We are frankly all impressed that everything seems hunky dory.

...

I guess there being so many questions leaves me with a bit of excitement? Life is not mundane for the moment, and perhaps that is what keeps me going. The moment I know things are going to get dull, I am fucked.

With that said, I am back at the retailer starting November 6.

Until that day, I have the upbeat attitude for a bunch of double features. The podcast I am recording this week with Kodiak Thompson will be about "Event Horizon". To get myself more material, the "Hellraiser" franchise seemed to run parallel to Paul W.S. Anderson's classic from 1997. Shudder allowed me to watch the first two for free.

October 26's episode of "NinetyForChill.com - The #Podcast" has the padding with those two features, but I was still in the mood for "the sights" Pinhead suggested showing me. Signing up for a free trial to AMC+ to see the other eight features in his franchise seemed like a hassle, so I turned to Tubi for Barker-like material. This lead me to revisiting "Wicked City", a feature I did not particularly care for back when I saw it on Starz a decade prior.

I guess giving this feature a second chance comes from my time buying anime on VHS. Renting was rarely an option, so if you dropped $25-30 on a tape, you got to justify the purchase. In other words, desensitizing one self allows for enjoyment of even the most blatant softcore porn that distracts from the narrative. With Yoshiaki Kawajiri film (TV movies in many cases), this is a common practice.

76-Minutes DVD - "When Evil Calls", It Is Misleading.

76-Minutes DVD - "When Evil Calls", It Is Misleading.

Lionsgate cannot appropriately promote a Winstone Sister DVD. Ray should have a word with them.

Jaime's "Cravings" is not about vampires and Lois's "When Evil Calls" is not a Japanese, paranormal horror knock off. It is definitely not a full-length feature. Was this distributor trying to come off as trashy as the lesser Family Video DVD providers? Trash is what was rented when "The Dark Knight" was checked out. That is a sideways move.

Shudder: The Streaming Service and WWE Tag Team Booking.

*This blog post was started on October 13, 2021.

Here is to hoping for an exciting weekend. I am just waiting for the Chicago Wizard World Comic Con schedule to be released to see if I get to catch any All Elite Wrestling live. There are so many YouTube recaps that I will need to watch Sunday night, provided I am up for it after 4.5 hours of driving. If it is all pushed back to Monday, how will I have the time to drop my latest episode of "NinetyForChill.com - The #Podcast"?

I guess that means I really need to watch something on Shudder tonight to warrant the charge that is coming Saturday. After looking through their line up, no justification is actually needed. With HBO Max, Disney+, and Peacock giving me three studio catalogues worth of movies, Shudder is the final part of the puzzle to capture the joy of 2010 Netflix, a service that was once dependent upon classic films. For me, Peacock is free and Disney+ is "taken care of". HBO Max and Shudder are the only things costing me any money. Amazon Prime feels like an essential and the free shipping is nice.

Hulu is about the only thing I consider cancelling, but you get some weird moments. When "Possessor" from Brandon Cronenberg was discounted on iTunes, not enough to demand I buy it but enough to ask Siri if there was other ways to watch it, the streaming app that should be dedicated to Touchstone's R-Rated material came through.

Shudder will end up saving me money because I did not realize that most of the cheap, newer horror iTunes places a more than reasonable discount on, they are already on Shudder. I imagine films like "The Columnist" will be rotated out, so I need not worry about watching them whenever I like. But from last Saturday forth, I know not to get so trigger happy when it comes to making a purchase based solely on a cool gimmick.

Gimmick, a word associated with my preferred profession, pro-wrestling. Pro-wrestling is a sport that I am paying $15.98 a month for, $10 of which goes to New Japan World. It is a service I do not watch enough of, which is sad because I do have the time without cable TV. But, with the purchase of a Fire Stick so that I may troubleshoot those of my friends and relatives I provided, there is really no excuse no to access it.

The only one that I can come up with is there is just too much plugged into my primary TV. NJPW's Fire TV app is so much easier than using a Chromecast. It just feels wrong moving my Nintendo Switch to the port saved for my Classic video game systems.

I who has too many unnecessary accessories. This leaves me fearing that I will return from Wizard World having spent too much and further exasperating the lack of space in my apartment. Just like the Men's Doubles World Championship, its better to have them than to wish for them I suppose.

It is not about it being a weak transition. It is about being able to transition at all. The world needs fewer arguments anyhow.

The Unified Gnarly Men's Doubles World Championship:

The 121st Unified Gnarly Men's Doubles World Champions:
WWE Tag Team Champions
Cesaro and Tyson Kidd (4/18/2015 to 4/26/15)

The 122nd Unified Gnarly Men's Doubles World Champions:
Open the Twin Gate Champions (Dragon Gate)
Masato Yoshino and Shachihoko Boy (4/26/15 to 6/13/15)

The New Day dethroned the WWE Tag Team Champions and are one reign away from starting the longest WWE tag team championship reign. ROH's champions were Kaz and Daniels. TNA's champions were the Hardys. IWGP's belts were being fought over by the Kingdom and the Good Brothers. It came down to determining the best of the three remaining Japanese championships.

SiN: An #Anime to Promote an American Video Game

*This blog post was started on October 7, 2021.

I have yet to line up a guest for my podcast "NinetyForChill.com - The #Podcast" this week, but the past few days have felt pretty productive.

A blog each day, sleep has been caught up on, I finally requested that the "libertarian" who works in the next to me stop watching those hate videos.

...

We will see how long there is peace. They were working a half day, so they did not get that behind my back time to bitch to our coworkers. Of course, the catty one did announce before she started watching her murder porn, "I will try to keep the volume down" and "That's why I have captions on." It is cool to know that I am not the only one who uses subtitles all the time.

If only HBO Max would keep that consistent. With "Robot Chicken" on my Apple TV, I end up having to put the captions on for each episode. Weed is my path to relaxation when I put Stoop!d Monkey's show on. What do you expect a stoner to be capable of?

With my nightly routine exposed, I may as well transition to last night's DVD.com (Netflix mailer) feature. The awkward meshing of CG and anime to serve as a sequel to a forgotten first-person shooter for Windows 95 could have served as an amusing display for someone who had just partaken in self medication.

This feature must have been a big get for ADV Films in 1999 since "SiN: The Movie" had its trailer attached to all of their VHS releases. They probably did more to promote the franchise that Ritual/Activision did for the game. If only they were quick enough to release it before I lost track of the anime industry, I might have been impressed.

Roman Reigns Is No. 5 and Ranting About the Judgmental

*This blog post was started on October 5, 2021.

Last night was dedicated to producing my podcast and laundry. I actually got all that done at a reasonable time, but when I start being productive, I think I might get manic. So all the sleep I lacked due to movie research this weekend still needs to be made up for.

At least that is my story for the headaches. In other words, further deep cleaning my apartment is not on the immediate agenda. The windows are still shut and the air conditioning is running. This is leaving me to prefer the seasonal change from Winter to Spring. I think I would rather deal with knowing when things are warm than waiting for the cold.

If only I could just place amateur wrestling mats on all the floors to remind me of the best times from high school. Why would I complain about near 90 degree temperatures? I did not complain about it back in the day.

That is saying something because weight cutting was never a problem for me. If anyone had a right to complain, it was I. It is ironic how the team I captained was always annoyed by me. They could have not made excuses and be supportive of the coach's agenda.

There were a few good teachers back at Morton High School. I guess I can never have kids because I would not know where to live so that they would be in good schools. Living in the city is what I like, but you know the schools are subpar. Living in the burbs, you know the entitled "old" families have brat kids. Living in the country, what education?

I suppose shit did not get bad for me till I was in fourth grade. Homeschooling might work out after the kids get the socializing established. Your real friends keep in touch. That seems nicer than finding that out after high school.

All this ranting really makes me wish that you could use hyperlinks with my online dating profiles. I would rather be judged on this than "Two Truths and One Lie" boxes.

If that does not turn them off, then the wrestling chat below will. It is better than me going on a rant about the "libertarian" next to me who is reinforcing their racist and transphobic prejudices via fringe video sites. Do I report what they are watching to YouTube just to make sure they know where their content filters are failing?

I guess I should not complain too much about them thinking that they should be allowed to judge people. My hometown will think that I did that in this post. My only defense is, I was just stating my experiences. If you have not had the same experiences than the people you are judging, are you in no position to judge?

Which allows me to go on and on and on about pro wrestling. The worst think you can say about me as a critic is that I am only a critic because I was a failed performer. Personally, I got a suitcase with a weekend's worth of gear in my trunk, so I do not want to use verb tense. Or at least just call me a wrestler who is failing. In the end, those who cannot do, teach.

Teaching is still an expression of passion. And I can go on to say that if people gave a shit about me and my passion, my pro-wrestling, Z-budget, zombie-comedy feature film, "Main Event of the Dead" would not be in development hell or I can at least participate in a wrestling scene where there are few who have put in the time to be true professionals. Downstate Illinois without friends makes me want to consider taking up auto-erotic asphyxiation.

With the scenario above coming off as a plea, I might as well make it official. If you want to help get "Main Event of the Dead" off the ground, send an email to russthebus07@gmail.com. I would appreciate any advice on how to get the feature to a crowd-sourcing stage and am more than happy to send out a treatment of my script. Thanks for the consideration.

Obviously, I am just writing what is immediately coming to my mind with this post. That was not necessarily my intent, but now we have the party next to me watching anti-vax videos. It is just building up the angst. So how much fun do I think me taking up the old Apter Magazines format will be?

Lets find out.

The Deep Ones - Gore-Free Lovecraft Is Not a Thing.

*Blog post was started on October 4, 2021.

It was a productive weekend that was well worth the hangovers. My stomach was able to settle after the seasonal sinus drainage was exasperated, so with the recovery, I feel about as good as I possibly can. There was no time for laundry. If anything, that tells you not to second guess buying an old Nintendo 64 cartridge (especially when it was "Goldeneye"). If there was not a second trip to make that purchase, my clothes would be clean.

I suppose this is the consequences for focusing on "NinetyForChill.com - The #Podcast". Two episodes were recorded for this spooky month ("Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas" and Italian slasher "StageFright") and I still have my last conversation with ThePoeticCritic to use. If I can get one more recorded, the month is done.

It will get interesting with Wizard World Chicago from October 15 to October 17. Can I keep up the spooky theme? If you are attending, I should be wandering about in my attempt at "Captain N: The Game Master Cosplay". Feel free to bug me into recording an episode. You can also send an email to russthebus07@gmail.com to arrange a time to record.

I am just kidding around about the podcast being the reason for my clothes remaining dirty. The blame can be placed on Redbox for giving me a free rental code. Somehow I doubt Redbox is that cruel. "They knew my laundry needed done so they sent me a code to stop that" is a silly conspiracy. Their punishment toward me for not making rentals My Saturday Night Thing is having "H.P. Lovecraft's The Deep Ones" at the kiosk. In other words, disturbing the neighbors with late night laundry may have been a wiser decision.
