With NinetyforChill.com evolving into more than the rough draft blog for my primary blog, MainEventoftheDead.com needs a new place to test out the formatting of recent blogs. "Main Event of the Dead" is my screenplay about pro-wrestling and zombies. I have a movie website, so may as well have a wrestling site.

What's WWE Asking Price and the Unified Gnarly Men's Doubles World Championship

*Blog post was started on August 19, 2020.

And I guess we are back to rewriting wrestling history. The Facebook comments have not been read yet in regards to my statement about the Taliban's return to power, but the numbers indicate that either my opinion means something to some, or I just provided a great title with "Purple George W. Bush and Ironic Inevitability". Here is to hoping it was the latter. Explaining the Brolin/Bush/Thanos Venn Diagram to my ex was a bit of a challenge.

Speaking of challenges, WWE keeps ducking me when it comes to pulling title change triggers. I do not want to ever not seem excited about a Shinsuke Nakamura title win, but at the expense of Apollo Crews. Crews never appeared to be 6'1". With two seven-foot Nigerians, this leaves me worrying that he maybe sent to free agency.

With the planned restructuring of NXT, I worry that Nick Khan is done with experimenting and is prepping Vince McMahon to sell the company. How can you undercut your family? Revamping Triple H's vision for more of the same just indicates to me that the promotion should be put on the market. If Vince McMahon wants to bury the concept of pro-wrestling, selling it would finalize that.

I guess that might kill the Disgruntled's Real Championship Wrestling blog. The answer to all questions about undisputed champions would be whoever held the AEW version. Fortunately, this blog has been focusing of the past primarily, so until I have all those answers, the past will continue to set me free.

Bridging the Space Between Gnarly and Hella Men's Doubles World Championship

Can it be done? WWE unified the WCW/WWF championships under the Dudley Boyz. There were oddball champions in Taz(z) and Spike Dudley, but Billy Gunn and Chuck Palumbo were obviously made to look like a team in a division that was lacking before the first draft. But, Japan's two top tag team titles were not in play when I originally started this title history, so hold on to your butts.

46th Unified Gnarly Men's Doubles World Champions:
IWGP Tag Team Champions:
Osamu Nishimura & Tatsumi Fujinami (10/8/01 to 10/28/01)

The name recognition of WWE Hall of Famer Fujinami puts this tandem above two legends in Yoji Anjo and Genichiro Tenryu.

47th Unified Gnarly Men's Doubles World Champions:
AJPW/IWGP Tag Team Champions:
Taiyo Kea & Keiji Mutoh (2) (10/28/01 to 7/17/02)

This will be enough to bridge the gap. No interim title needed.

48. WWE World Tag Team Champions:
Edge and Hulk Hogan (July 17, 2002 to July 21, 2002)
49. WWE World Tag Team Champions:

63. ROH Tag Team Champions:

75. World Tag Team Champions:
Kane (5) and The Big Show (Paul Wight) (Dec. 27, 2005 to April 3, 2006)

And this is obviously where I will leave for today. I have successfully connected all of the Men's Doubles Championships that i had previously established and I arrived at the same ending of my last attempt to get to RK-Bro. Previously, the Japanese championships were not incorporated, so maybe next time, all will be right with the world. To think of myself as God in his heaven, that is why I got into writing.
